Have more time for proof validity

All of my family members us e airtel only.. but now a days it take more time to chek proof and they cut the outgoing without any information. this made us so apset.. And my 2 sims r blocked the otgoin.. but the dealer tel my proof is accept.. then y this mistake s happend.. pls check it down and clear it quickly...
