CROSS-CONNECTION OF NUMBERS IN AIRTEL

HELLO SIR,

FROM PAST 2-3 years airtel prepaid service has been started here, but since then we are facing "cross-connection"

problem, when ever we make any call to any network it is connected to some other number, for 10 calls sure 5 calls are a cross-connected. So its a humble request that you kindly help out to over come this problem.
