Network Problem

Respected Sir / Madam,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am Shivendra Singh Tak from Jodhpur (Rajasthan). My reliance number is 9309346591 and I complaint many times but no body takes action in this matter since one year. Our Air Force Area have reliance connection about 150 reliance connection, all are facing this problem since One Year. The service assurance cell can't resolves this problems. We are facing network problem (Reliance Connection) in Air Force Area. I complaint many times in Customer Care and mail to RelianceAda. But no further action about this problem. My complaint numbers below given with dates :
