Horrible Braodband Services

This is regarding Airtel Broadband Connection 02240353487.

It has been over two months that w have been complaining about the internet availability. The Internet is not available most of the times.

For last two months we have been speaking to various people across the customer care department and various field engineers. Every time a different person we interact with a new problem arises in the connection ranging from wiring being moist, to modem not working, to router being faulty etc etc..

Last time an engineer visited us " Manoj". Since he was not able to resolve the issue he concluded that the laptop modem is faulty. I checked one more laptop in front of him and still internet was not working. This proved that the laptop modem was not faulty and there some other problem. He said he will return with a new router to check if there was some problem in the router the next day. However, he never came. Also he resolved the ticket in the system stating that there is some problem in the modem.

If this is the kind of service we are getting from a reputed service provider like Airtel, we better switch to some local service provider where we can get the same shabby / inconsistent services at much cheaper rates.
