Inappropriate behavior by the IRDA call center executive

Hi My name is Pradeep and i received call from a Number 022-42459325 claiming that this is IRDA agent. I name of the person was Rohit or Rajesh Pawar. I do not remember the same correctly. I received the call at 2.42 pm on 13th July. He started asking me about my Insurance policies policy nos. I was not sure about the caller so i told him i cannot provide this information until and unless i do not have authenticity for the same. Then the call center executive started using foul words and abusive language.

I tried calling back on the same number but no one responded. Then in the evening i called back again to check who was the person, but this time a lady took the call and i asked her to connect me to their TL. Their TL named Tanvi Patil took the call and after listening to the incident she also denied to tell me the name of the person and instantly disconnected the call. I tried calling back again but again this time nobody picked up the call and nobody is answering.

I want to understand who shall take action against these type of callers. Please get into the same punish the person who uses abusive languages with clients.
