LINE DISTURBANCE SINCE 3 MONTHS

Dear Sir / Mam,

This is regarding the land line no 2255778,

kindly note the above mentioned number is rejestered in name of MR. Rajiner pal sharma (my dad).

For the above mentioned number we are facing a big problem of line disturbence since 3 months for which we have already booked the complained and also lonched the complaint in the BSNL telephone exchange office situated on railway road,

just for your information we are paying the bills on time but we are not provied with a good services,

we have visited to the office thrice by no one still come to solve theproblem,

kindly do the need full help and would request you please change the line pair from the current place tothe nearest pole so we will not face the problem if not would request you please refund claim of the bills of last three payments and current bills whcih we have paid as we are not satisfied with the services given by your department.
