3G -USB Modem-Airtel
Very Slow 3G

For the past 2 weeks the Airtel 3G network is very slow. If I call the Call center, no one gives proper answer. Every time you call with the service request number given, they put on hold and come back to say, will give a call back.obviously, never call back. If asked for reason, they come out reasoning saying, network is slow, network problem. Why are these problems not officialized in papers, magazines,??? Is this how Airtel treats their customer? Its A shame to have used the Air tel USB 3G Service. Its been 2 weeks, no one is able to provide a solution at call center.. It was quite ok for 2 months, since then, the speed started to fluctuate at the lowest possible worse than a dialup.. If i call, they say server maintenance, network problelm..etc... if it is at a bigger level, why it does not come in paper...

I feel bad of having chosen airtel.
