This Loop mobile service without my request thrusting the caller tune on my cell no. 9821578981 which is unwanted by me and have deducted their respective charges from my balance of prepaid. How can they sponteneously provide me the callertune when I have not requested them wasting my money and the time to lodge this complaint. This is the second time they have troubled me and have wasted my money and time. Now for unsubscribing I have to waste time in searching their respective SERVICE CELL where i have to request them to discontinue /deactivate the unwanted caller tune and to deactivate / discontine, they would again charge me the deactivate charges and WOULD SAY YOU WOULD HAVE PRESSED SOME KEY BUTTON SO IT HAS GONE CALLER TUNED. Is this business strategy you LOOP/ BPL have adopted to fool the customers.
