Dont ever get your BlackBerry Services from Loop Mobile. Known of their Agents know the plans so, dont be surprised if you have a Huge bill by the end of it.
Here is what happend to me
I bought a blackberry phone. Called Customer care asked them about the blackberry services.
the agent took all the information and replied with 3 plans that they have
1. Rs. 299/- Flat rental -
Features
10 Pop3 accounts and messengner services like blacberry messenger, Gtalk, windows live & yahoo. Unlimted. Cannot browse websites.
2. Rs. 499/- Prorata basis. - 10 Pop 3 account all messenger services. Can browse websites. 500kb free. Excess of which is 10 paisa per 10kb.
after hearing this plan i asked him all question realted to browsing wut is i go to youtube and all questions related ot browsing.
I activted the 499/- Plas. just 10 days of happy browsing. got my bill Rs. 9105/- got a shock and called LOOP customer care.
Rs. 6972/- are towards my GPRS connection. i said it is impossible as i have wi-fi connection at my office & home plus i have made sure i dont use the WAP connection. Agent said sorry sir we dont have a break up but this is wut is said.
I raised a complaint with loop. Got a call from Loop Mobile. Had a very heated argument.
To my surprise the 10-Pop3 accounts & messengers services are calculated towards the 500Kb.
So i asked the lady to listen to my calls and check what they have said. In the mean time i called the Loop customer care and wanted to confirm the information given to me. I spoke to 2 agents and both of them are confirming that the emai & messenger are free and 500Kb is towards the browsing.
There are now females associated to the account both of them have nothing to say other than "agent has mentioned about 500Kb". to which i replied i am also aware of the 500kb. But did your agent tell me about the 500Kb also includes the Email & messenger.
