Deducting Money for unwanted pack

I was charged Rs. 50 on Dec 12 for some 'Hungama' Pack which i have not subscribed. Then after for each day the Loop mobile has deducted Rs.5. I have lost my Rs 70 because of this.

After realising this deduction when I called up the Customer service center they refuses to give the refund. They told me that they will stop this pack within 24 hours.

I wrote a mail to their customer support center stating all this matter but they didnt even replied to the mail.

The mail is as follows:

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My Mob No: 09870176623

Complaint:

On December 11 my account balance was showing Rs.70.

and suddenly on Dec 12 the balance was reduced to Rs.20

then after for each day they have charged me Rs.5 from my account.

So, on Dec 17 my account balance become Rs.0

The above deduction details was told by one of your Customer care executive on Dec 17 (when i called up after realising balance as Rs.0).

This deduction was for some "Hungama" Pack (Which I have not subscribed. You may see from my records that I have't used that service).

When I asked for the reimbursement to your Customer care executive, he refuses to do so.

Please look into the matter & reimburse the amount. I have lost my Rs.70

After 2 days on Dec 20 again Rs.5 deducted, when I asked they were unable to answer (according to them the information was not updated & he cannot give me the detail of deduction).

This is very irritating as I spend only Rs. 60 to 70 every month.
