I Have called N number of times to the Loop Mobile customer care to unsubscribe my caller ring tone which i have not activated by n e chance. They give me 24 hrs time and the issue is not resolved since 1 week now. I do not understand y it takes soo long for a complaint 2 b resolvd. Its very irritating and not at all professional to have caller tunes on the phone especially a tone PROMOTING Loop Mobile services which is very bad... Need a resolution ASAP. Thx.
