For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to get GPRS & WAP settings for my Samsung GT - B6520 mobile. Everytime I am promised that it would be sent, I also get a message intimating the same. But till date it has never reached me. I am disgusted at the service levels and am on the verge of cancelling all my loop connections. The whole purpose of investing in a business phone has been defeated as I am unable to use it's features like mail, internet, etc.
Will someone provide justice please.
