Locking for portability (4 times)

I am using the loop mobile no 9821313401 since last 6yrs, but since then i always faced network problem also i had complained more than 5oo times but they never responded

after portaibility had started,

i had applied for porataibility but the loop mobile people have rejected my portaibility 4 times without any reason

i am really harrased with the company

can you help me out of this
