Balance Deduction and No Customer Care Support

I am Yash Shah. I am a prepaid customer of Loop Mobile past 3 years. Currently I have been using the Blackberry Services of loop for a month now. I have subscribed to 199 BIS LITE pack. This plan includes free Mail and BBM with no internet access. During this month unnecessary balance is getting deducted. I don't know why my balance's been deducted. So is the poor Customer Care support. Each time I call them, their servers are down and I get no support. They don't even talk well. I have atleast 3 complaints in the Customer Care and 1 in the technical department. However no help yet. They give a call back promise within 4 hours but the complaint's been overlooked for a month now. Moreover lately they hold you online and cut you off the line. Recently I have talked with ASHWIN and CHETAN from the Customer Care department but no response.

My last DOC-SR is 1208149099.

I have atleast lost Rs. 100 as deductions and being a student can't afford this unnecessary deductions.

They just started cheating customers now.
