Dear sir,

I am Tejas Shah. My Mobile no is 9773386843. on morning of 17th of aug my balance of 31/- rs is deducted for some stress relief scheme.

when i call on 800 (call centre no) they told me that our system is under upgradation & we cant help you now u call after some time so i called later but i got same reply. With in 4 days i have called for more than 10 times but they are telling me that you will not get your money back.

it was not my mistake than also why u r not giving me my money back.please see that i receive money back.
