I am Loop Customer for almost 2 years. From last few day i have been frustated and harrasted due to the unneccessary follow up with the BPL customer care. i have observed they are not at all helpful or the excetive that often help the cutomer. The services get automatically activate and are not even cancelled after sending the cancellation request and the amount gets automatically deducted from the account without using or activating this services. Company doesnot accept the mistake commited by them nor refund the deducted amount. Therefor I would like to deactivate loop Mobile service and switch to different service provider with same mobile number. Kindly help.(9821595339)
