Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Meet Merchant, want to complain regarding deduction of Rs.60 from my no. 09870893191 on 30th December between 11.45 am and 2 pm. I have complained to their customer care numerous times and each time they claim to have their systems down and assure that they will be functioning in an hour. But i got the same reply each time i called. They also suggested alternative techniques to resolve my problem but "service currently unavailable" was the reply i got when i used them.
Kindly see to my problem and revert.
