To Whomsoever this may Concern,

This is to highlight the fact that I've never been with such a degraded Service Provider Other than Loop Mobile. Ever Since BPL changed to Loop the service has gone from worst to even pathetic. I had earlier complained about the Mobile Internet pack that didnt de-activate after several requests via text. On calling the contact center the agents, Supervisors (who are not capable of doing anything) even couldnt do it with just an excuse that they dont have any access to the system that can do this. Somehow I wrote to redressal and got things fixed. Terror striked me once again when i wake up and get a message that some amount of money has been deducted from my account towards Mobile Internet. All I asked from the agent was to de-activate it again and revert me back my money. Again the same streak continues. When asked for a Supervisor the line was transferred for long and then disconnected (Nothing new). I wonder if anything is ever going to happen. As a matter of fact Im clueless. Any help would be appreciated.
