Non refunding of the amount deducted for no reason

I am using Loop services but fed up of the same. This is the fourth time happened that after recharge of rs 100 my money has been deducted and some unnecessary jokes pack has been activated. when i called the customer service they are accepting their mistake but not refunding the amount deducted. this is the worst customer service i have come within. kindly do the needful.
