I had recharged my no. 9773144125 by INR 222 today noon. and athen gone for sms pack of 27. But 54 got deducted. When called at customer care. they say that the server is down n system is getting updated and all things. After calling 5 times at last they told me the reason that the package got renewed. the amount that was deducted was twice the actual amount. when asked to take the complaint the agents say they cannot launch the complaint and the amount cannot be refunded. please help me i am a lower middleclass person and even 27 Rs is a amount for me. the agents who wasted my time for the cause were Dhiraj/Niraj, Sher ali, Arjun, Dharmendra and some senior. Please help me with my money.
