Myself RAJ, i discontinued using my BPL no after using 5 year for cheaper rates,
recently i found that the no still exist in system with my name.
so to get the no again i bought a postpay plan to reactivate the service.
I got an invalid SIM, i complained after waiting for another 10-12 days.
Then i received another invalid sim, again after 12 days and i got third SIM which got activated after 9 days.
soon within 2 days outgoing service was barred due to payment pending of 1 month, for the period in which the card was issued and not being used by me.
i contacted Mobile assist and mailed to [email protected] and then [email protected].
i had complainted to nodle athority at [email protected].
But never got any responce from these teams,
