Unnessecessary deduction of money from our account

Dear Sir,

I have been unnessesary deducted money from my account. I have been visited 3-4 times to the churchgate gallery, but they taken the complaint, and told me that I will get a call from them, but still I have not got any kind of reversal of charges not any call to clearify for the deduction.
