The Company is giveing advertising in their IVR (111) Customer Care No 111 that recharge with Rs 199/- and get 400 Minitues but after rechargeing its getting 21000 second (350 minitues)
When i ask to the Customer Care fistly he say u log a complaint in customer care after four hours. then after he never attend the phone
