I have ported my mobile no from reliance to vodafone. It was activated on 2nd feb, but still i m not able to send SMS. I contacted to vodafone store 4 times they said to me all is ok with their network, the problem is arising from the side of MCHA which is responsible for MNP services.
The no which i switched are 9529985331 & 9529464547
