HIGH BILL WITHOUT USE

Dear Sir,

I have to inform you that i here by giving you below detail of my conversation with idea company, i have to inform you that company show unbill amount is 4384.21 for mobile used, but i have to inform them that i have not used any service of activate any additional service, as per communication with respected office of idea they told that i am using GPRS service that's why bill increase.

I have to inform you that my credit limit for bill is rs 1122 but as per company my unbill amount is rs 4384.21, i have to khow you that they are not given me any intimation or information about my unbill amount cross beyond their credit limit.

Today company's executive Ms. Sonal Sinde asked me for paying 80% of unbill amount Rs. 3925. otherwise they give me legal notice, i had told her that why should i pay amount which is i not used.

Kindly guide me for this matter

This is to inform you that i have idea post paid connection since 5 months and my average used of mobile is Rs. 215 to Rs 250, today at 11.00 a.m. my un billed amount is Rs. 182.00 but i was socked when i seen my un billed amount at 5.30 pm it was Rs. 2323.71 and now at 8.17 pm it is Rs. 3210.75, so kindly confirm that what is this matter and why my unbill amount is going on high and high, i am not used this type of any service and not activate any vas from my side kindly confirm the issue and do the need full on urgent.
