Havn't got shoes till now on purchase of mts datacard

i am ramesh malviya.i have purchase a mts datacard as on 6 of oct into the offer with reebok shoes free.but till now i havn't got.and when i purchase it from ur sales executive he said it will be sended to my house widin 10 working days from the date of activation it so plz tell me when will you send my free reebok shoes as soon as possible to me.
