Not working, I want refund

Dear Sir,

I am a retired Accounts Officer of Bangalore Telecom Dist. Since I was a BSNL employee I applied for MYWAY IPTV and got the connection with a lot of problems alongwith it. My children were against this connection.

My subscriber ID is 100022357, my phone number is 25463353.

The connection is not working now and I am complaining daily to the IPTV authorities which is falling on deaf ears. I want my set top box and the balance to be refunded to me ie. Rs.- and Rs. 750.00.

Without anybody to approach I am approaching you with the belief that you will support a old and retired employee of the department.

Please do the needful.
