Wrong featured handset sent me and not taking back

I am Mudassiar. I purchased a handset "BOSS-633" touch screen Tri sim. But its second GSM sim card is not activating and camera is not opening, keypad is just like as Toy. I purchased in the price of 4499/- and 200/- rupees for delivery. Naaptol.com rules is don't open that pack without payment. After payment, when I saw that handset, suddenly called to Naaptol.com Query section and told them handset's problems. They taken complaint and didn't give complaint number. My 100s rupees lost in these calls. but they are not giving even complaint number. and I sent complaint through email also, but they are not responding. What have to do? It's product number is 464802 and I received product on 10/06.

Please help me. Because I am mentally disturb with this product.
