Poor and pathetic customer service!

I have taken the Post Paid connection from Airtel Bharti in gurgaon. I have taken this connection on 31st of Dec. After submit the document. My phone got disconnect on 2nd week of Jan due to incorrect address proof.

I have submitted new address proof at the same. However Airtel person has visited my place and verified the address.

After few days they have stop all outgoing as well as Bar my SIM card. Last week of Jan, I have called their customer service executive and again they said the wrong address proof. I have asked them to collect the paper, they confirm the same. But they have not collected the paper. I have submit again the paper to the Airtel. Last week, I have submit the paper. Still have not got any resolution.

This is the way, Bharti is treating to their customer. In the media Bharti is know as number 1 company but they customer support and backend is horrible.
