Initial problem for my handset was: Power Boot failure: aforesaid care centre initially told me that my handset is having soft ware problem, but later on they told me that it has hardware problem and it cannot be repaired I have to go for another handset. I have surprosed to hear such decision of the nokia care centre, could you pl. suggest me how to get repair my handset at any other centre kolkata or instruct the above mentioned nokia care centre to do needful to repair my handset.
