Network problems

Hello

i'm using nokia c2-00. Its nokia's newly prestigious launched dual sim mobile handset. Whenever i insert d 2nd sim in it the 1st sim's network is markedly decreasing or otherwise disappearing. Only single sim card is working efficiently.

Wt 'd i do? how can i get out of this problem? Please help
