No menus, hanging problem, handsfee problem

My mobile set C3 is having nothing in the name of menus.nokia care itself has accepted that the s/w is corrupted, but they always said to me that they have formatted it, and yet the condition is same.even when i was present there, i told them that you have not solved the problem, but they did not listen to me.now i am having a mobile worth rs/-6000 with no facility.just i can talk only.even the inbox is not there.help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
