Respected Sir,

This is with reference to the Nokia C3 Product which I purchased from Nokia – Univercell (Mylapore) on 18th October vide UTN : 2267780..

I regret to inform you that the product is defective and my numerous verbal complaints to your personnel salesman/service center in UNIVERCELL (Mylapore) have yielded no results. When I took it to the service center they additionally didnt resolve my problem and made me fool that they had resolved the problem but they didn’t. I have walked more than 20 times to the shop for servicing the newly purchased mobile. Within 10 days of purchase, phone has stopped functioning properly. The mobile was been sent to Delhi for service by the Univercell, and it was returned after a week or so with a report saying the mobile’s complaints cannot be repaired. Even then the Univercell is not ready in replacing the model or neither refunding the money. Instead the Univercell fellow is giving a damaged Nokia C3 piece and saying it’s a new piece which has been sent from Delhi so don’t bother about the damages. There are so many complaints being logged on this C3 product in several websites.

I kindly request you to either replace the product with a functioning new model product or refund my money. If, any of these options are not taken into consideration then I would not mind going directly to the press and file a serious complaint.

I have never been let down by any of your products in the past and I look forward to your immediate action on this occasion
