Respected Sir,
This is Nithin i use 9666355595, idea network (a postpaid connection). Due to inconvience in the network i would like to port out from idea according MNP (Mobile network portability) scheme. I applied for porting my network last month almost 20 working days passed and In-spite my full bill clearance. Idea operator is not letting my number to be ported out. Every day i call customer care they come up with a new reason and i have each and every voice recorded as part of secondary proof. I am even ready to provide these proofs. These people are wanted delaying my port out. I kindly request you to take this issue into an account since i am not only the person facing this problem. There are many who want to port out. I would be thankful if you people can help me out in solving this issue.
