This is BHARAT JAIN, I have purchased NOKIA E71, in the very first week of April' after 2-3 days my faced hanging problem with my hand set, for which I contacted to my nearest Nokia Service Centre at "VISION CARE" Howrah, they kept my hand set with them and after 2-3 days they gave me it back, it was functioning well but again after 2-3 days I face the same problem.
I have mentioned the Job Sheet Nos. above for your kind perusal.
The problem remains SAME even after 4 (four) times of services provided by your Customer Service Centre.
It has been 3-months I have purchsed the above hand set, and its has been kept to your customer services centre for more than 2-months.
My hand set is under Warranty period&- Now i would request kindly RE-PLACE my said hand set...
as NOKIA is one of the reputed and Branded Company, in the world I hope you will grant my prayer and oblige, so that I can have faith in NOKIA in future also.
