I changed my handset from Blackberry 8700G to a SE P990i on Jan 15. Since then, despite several complaints on my GPRS Mobile office setting to Blackberry service going off intermittently to my inability to browse the internet due to GPRS service been discontinued, I have spoken to nothing less than 10 persons at helpline numbers ranging from 121, 7070 and 12118.
My problem has not been resolved yet, I have been told to be patient after repeating my story atleast 15 times, been asked to wait 4 times from duration ranging from 1 to 4 hours for complete resolution to the problem, but nothing has been done to resolve the issues I face. Infact at this point in time, I have been given atleast 5 different reasons for justifying the problem I face, and yet, my online blackberry account says it has been suspended for unknown reasons.
Your tech support is not only incompetent and inefficient, your call centre phones keep getting disconnected, and no one seems to have any empathy to inform the customer the real reasons for the problem and take real steps to resolve.
At this time, i am have no option but to switch to another service provide, but would request your company to take strict action against those who mishandled my complaint for 4 frustrating days, at the end of which, I still have no answers from Airtel, nor an assurance on when my service will resume, nor any apology for the misery I have faced trying to get my problem resolved by a company that obviously, does not care enough about their customer.
