I am a vodafone user for the past 8 years. I had faced many difficulties due to the customer care executives. This time it is the problem of amount deduction of 149 without any reason and they said that you have entered hot mail. then they say it might be due to net usage pack. I had faced many deductions without any reason. Also the executive was saying that you talk too much so i want let you to have refund. Is this the way i get feedbacks. This is not the first time. So i want my balance to be deducted within 24 hours. Else me and my friends will have to cancel our this plan.
