Sir iam from tamilnadu and i have taken a tatadocomo postpaid number 9043000455 and i have opted for postpaid to prepaid three months before still now there is no response from anyone and the monthly bill has been genereted often i have informed the customer care team also but there is no use please advice me or the concerned person to change my number to prepaid
