I had recharged my mobile number 9853616593 on 21st FEBUARY 2011 for Rs. 110 online at www.aircel.com. While doing so, Rs. 110 was deducted from my bank account, but the recharge was not successful.
I had registered a complain for the same by calling customer care on 6th March. The complain number is SR 1-3955564595. But still I have not been refunded the money. The guys at customer care asked me to call the nodal officer, but my call was unanswered. So, I sent him email. The email reference number- ERN-104585-0R0HDD. The nodal officer didn't feel to reply also. The Aircel customer support is very slack or they have deceided to steal money in this manner. Thats because if we recharge online at www.aircel.com your money gets deducted, recharge is not done, still you are not refunded, neither you get a reply after so many requests!!!
