Dear sir, i recieved a call from number 918043476543 on 16th april at05-16pm saying that they are from aircel requesting to activate POCKET INTERNET option for which i refused because their is no internet option in my mobile. but to my surprise when i saw balance on 17th 98rs had been deducted from my account. i called to customer care and gave the complaint on 17th for which they said it would be refunded by 19th and gave complaint no as1_1873889604. but now they are saying i only activated the service which is false. so i request you to take action on this as soon as possible.
