Fault subscription of various services

Dear Sir,

It is extremely unfortunate to find out that AIRCEL is acting in such an unethical manner with customers. Yesterday night Rs. 90 has been deductef from my account to activate various add-ons without my conscent. I called your customer care executives to find out to my utter disbelief that it has been actived by me at 1:15 A.M.

This same thing happened last week with me when Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account without my conscent. Fortunately it has been refunded.

I cannot understand why AIRCEL is harrassing me. I left VODAFONE to join AIRCEL just to discover that its service is worse. Please refund my money. I come from a simple family to afford such loss of money. I promise tou I will leave AIRCEL after complete of the 3 months period so that you don't have to suffer from me again.

Your customer care executives are not also up to the mark. I got harrassed by them yesterday night.
