High bill and no response from Vodafone

I visited the Vodafone galary in November regarding High Bill, they advised me to write email to the Corporate ID and i did that on 9th Nov'12.

their turn around time is 72 hours.

No reply till date i have sent 5 different emails and visited the galary 5 times no help and no resolution yet.

And still i have pad 1500 two times and this month i paid 2000 wherein my average bill is approx 1200.

And now they have started disconnecting my service every week just to harras me, even after me giving standing instructions not to do that.

as i havent stopped paying the bill. And now they are admonth on me paying the entire bill and the services will be activated later.

Which means if they send me a bill of 10K and i dispute they will not listen to me till i pay 10K.

I think they should start asking for money instead of cheating and harrsing will be happy to do charity.

And the worst thing is they have these email addresses but none of the higher official is notified when anyone sends an email.
