For our relationship number 2800615950 on the name of M/s Northern Classic Abrasives, 137 DIC Industrial Area, Baddi, Dist. Solan, H.P. 173205, we would bring to your notice that we paid the amount of Rs.3589.00 twice for the bill of the month of October, the Bill date was 07-october- 2012 and the bill number was 295313759366, the payments were done by cheque(s) for which following are the details:

The amount which we had over paid for the above said month of Rs.3589.00 which was cleared from our accounts and also, we have the proof of the clearance in our bank statemnets has till date not been adjusted in your bills which we recieved after october. We tried to contact the reliance webworld outlets in Delhi (Paschim Vihar) and they refused to resolve the matter giving an excuse, that this matter shall be resolved only at the Reliance webworld outlet in Baddi, Dist. Soln, H.P.
We would like to bring to your notice that there are no Reliance Webworld outlets in Baddi, Dist. Solan, Himchal Pradesh so. the same could not be resolved by a personal presentation at the Reliance Webworld. Then we tried to contact the reliance customer care on the phone by dialling *389 at reliance blackberry customer care and spoke to your represetative who tried to initially make an excuse that the payment of Rs.3589.00 was adjusted against a previous bill which we had not paid and to clarify the same to your customer care executive we checked in our accounts till June, 2012 in our accounts and statemnts of bank accounts that all the payments were done on time and were promply debited from our account. So after wasting a lot of time clarifying that we have done all the payments in time for the previous months and a lot of convincing she came and gave us the solution again to go to the Reliance Webworld and they will be able to resolve the issue. By now we must have you clear that the Reliance Webworld already refused to resolve the issue.
This has been harrasment on your customer care's part and also we have wasted a lot of time running around to get this resolved. We request you kindly look into the matter and check into your accounts and resolve this issue to your earliest.
