I have Airtel prepaid numbers 9740187208 and 9611265170 running from around last 5 yrs.My tariff was as is it for others (50 paisa per minute).
But I found my tariff is raised to 1.4 rs per minute. and, as per customer care(Prashant, Bangalore), my tariff expired.
Some times, customer care(Prashant, Bangalore) says expiration informed when number activated (5 yrs back) some time says it is informed by message. He is manager and not sure how information conveyed to customers. He was not ready to give his employee number even for complain.
My concern is why this tariff expiration not informed? recently, I have recharged of 200 rs which is now waste for me.
Customer care says, tariff expiration is informed while Sim card activation. If Airtel cant give me old tariff then please return my money of 400 rs and I will change my number to other company.
But I have no written or SMS for such information.
Same thing is happening with my other number 9611265170. Here also my 200 rs of recharge is waste.
I would like that Airtel should continue my old teriff plan as they do not have proof of information communicated.
Please take some action for both of my number
