Deducting a/c balance

I am Bharat Jadav, my mobile number is 8108045610. whenever i did recharge in 1 or 2 days a/c balance is going 0. i made complaint at idea gallery, they said this will not happened next time but this thing is happening every time after recharge. please do needful.
