Dear Sir/madam, Iam one of the retailer of Airtel in dimapur, Nagaland.
Sir, I have applied a airtel connection for my customer with proper document as required by TRI on 21st of december but till date the SIM card are not getting activate, when i raise a complain to my Manager regarding the activation status he told me that he will solve the issue soon, but till date nothing had happen.
My customer who had applied for connection asking for the photos and document which they have submitted to me earlier for the SIM card. So sir from where shall i find those document which i have already submitted to airtel.

Kindly do the needful at an earliest.
