Internet is not working properly

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was used mob.portability a month ago, from BSNL to VODAFONE for mobile no.9428630400. from very first day internet is not working properly in my mobile.they were given me last date 31December. for solve this problem

after 31 December i called two times to customer care . but they are not taking any action

my second complain is for no coverage in my home.i can not talk inside of home.they said we will call back you on 4 th january..but there was no callback..my second VODAFONE No. is 9898207337.

so please do something,
