I am a service consumer of IDEA Cellular Ltd., since last many years with mobile no. 9891178689 of Ghaziabad - NCR region. During the month of December, 2012 they have raised my monthly bill of Rs. 323.49 with a due date of Ist January, 2013. I have paid the same vide cheque no. 299225 dated 31st December, 2012 of Bank of India, Ansari Road, Darya Ganj, New Delhi - 110 002 through drop box fixed at Shakarpur, Delhi 110092. In this context I would like to bring in your kind notice that the same cheque has been cleared on 4th January, 2013 from my bank account. I regret to inform you that today service provider has blocked by outgoing calls. When I contacted to 12345 of Idea Customer Care they have lodged the complaint and issue a reference number i.e. 116635333 and said that the outgoing calls will be activated by 10th January, 2013, if you have paid the bill.
This was very shocking sir as I have already paid the due bill within stipulated time, how Idea Cellular Limited has barred my outgoing calls, and why I should suffer on account of negligence/mistake of service provide.
Therefore, you are humbly requested to please register my complaint and do the needful as this incident has harassed me a lot mentally
