NEVER GO FOR HATHWAY.POOR SPEED AND POOR CC SERVICE.
I am a new hathway user. My account number is 955283.
I am having a 2mb/sec plan but since the day it was installed I am just getting the ~100kb/sec. Which is not even the 10% of speed for which I am paying. I have called CC two time and every in last week but nothing has happened so far. This is affecting my work and I now regret my decision to get the hatchway connection. And I am planning to move to Airtel which deliver what they promise.
Not like hathway.(giving 100kb speed in 2mb/sec plan).
