Dear sir,
to my complaint made yesterday for wrong deduction of my main account balance i have not yet received any positive feedback neither there has been a refund of my balance that was wrongly deducted for the phone no 8811917424.
there is an internet pack of Rs of 149 activated on this no but according to the prescribed speed the facility is not provided by airtel, trying to contact customer care for some feedback and help their helpline no 198 has also been blocked and sometym they are not able to properly give the reason for less than said speed.
please take a note of the problem and necessary action for AIRTEL.
